Tom broke the ice to Hill Speakers by the speech title "Who is Tom Oleson" with his good sense of humor. He had a wonderful way to explain what he does as an Independent Financial Advisor.
Rob demonstrated the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument to identify 5 styles of conflict: Forcing, Avoiding, Accommodating, Collaborating, and Compromising.
